The Commercial Real Estate Market in 2021

It’s not an understatement to call 2020 a tumultuous year. There was fear and uncertainty gripping the commercial real estate market in March, only for the tables to turn to see a build up and subsequent frenzy to finish the year.

And while there appears to be an optimism as we enter nearly one full year since the economy shut down, some expert commentary might help to serve as a road map for the rest of the year.

I’ve recently had the pleasure of interviewing a few economists and industry leaders to get their insights into the market. There is a lot to be learned from these experts.
